Thames-side Studios Exhibition

Instead, to cut costs, time and paper wastage, we decided to create a numbered floor plan.

I edited the floor plan (with dimensions) that we were been given by the gallery to help us with the model previously.

I used Pages and Keynote to remove the dimensions, flip the whole gallery to match the entrance of the building (where visitors would pick p the floor plan), flip the writing the (now) wrong way round, remove header+footer and reposition the text.

On the night before the Private View, when almost every single piece of work was up, I walked around the gallery with the floor plan up on my computer and positioned each number (correlating to an artist) in the locations of their work. As some people had multiple pieces, their number is repeated to indicate it is the same artist. The numbers line up with the list of artists' work on the last page of the Press Release.
